Some behind the scenes today. We’ve finally hit on the right formula for a partner program to help get the word out about our water saving One2flush products and especially the One2flush Dual Flush Toilet Kit.  This is the ultimate water-saver (in my opinion) for anyone in need of toilet repair.

Yes: You Can Buy It At The Store:

The first side of the equation has been to leverage traditional channels of distribution… and that has totally clicked (no pun) for us.  Our team now has relationships and commitments with national retailers who will be stocking the products in the next 60 days.  We’re talking big names, the ones that distribute in every town across America…you know which hardware stores and building centers we’re talking about.

The Internet Side of The Equation

We’ve had the products for sale on this web site and our sister site at Being Water…and Internet sales have steadily been increasing. But the drought condition is increasing and since we don’t have the brand recognition of say Coke, we decided to take it up several notches… So the goal here was to leverage our value proposition (what the product is/does for the homeowner and saving water) … and the need for Green Internet Retailers to add good products on their site.

Also, we wanted to manage the whole thing in the cloud, have the back office tie-in to popular ERP packages, fulfillment centers and ongoing marketing systems…etc.  We found it, trialed/tested 3 systems and landed on one that is perfect. Launched it recently and then on Monday of this week, we activated the 2-level Partner Program  in search of Affiliates…. and then sent out a few email messages to friends and family.

Profit With Purpose!

Five days in…the results are fantastic as word is spreading quickly.  While anyone can become an Affiliate, we’re primarily targeting green Internet retailers.  Is this a business? Yes, for us and our partners.  But it supports directly the passion we share about preserving our planet’s most precious commodity - water!  We like to call it “Profit With Purpose”.
